Who is around and what they declared, how often and how fast they open a comment, chat message or question aimed at them (not task assignments, and not the reply itself — only whether it was seen), and how much of the chat around them they have read. Only working hours, by Iran time, are judged — Saturday to Wednesday 9:00–18:00, Thursday 9:00–13:00, Friday off: a tag or message that arrives outside it is not counted against anyone, and one that is seen anyway while off the clock earns a green +1 that lifts the rate.
